Community Health Ontario (CHO)
2010
The members of Community Health Ontario (CHO) outline their commitment to integration. The three members are the Association of Ontario Health Centres (AOHC), the Ontario Community Support Association (OCSA), and Ontario Federation of Community Mental Health and Addiction Programs (OFCMHAP). OFCMHAP has since amalgamated with Addictions Ontario to become Addictions and Mental Health Ontario (AMHO).
